All you need to do is provide us with your favorite photo (via the upload button on this page, or via email instead), and we'll have our team create the most beautiful portrait you've ever laid your eyes on. It'll be like turning your favorite moment in time into a beautiful masterpiece to be shared with loved ones FOREVER.

Once you've approved your preview that we send via email, we'll then carefully package your new artwork and have it shipped to you within a week.

We also do pets, landscapes/nature, vehicles, etc. The only photo we may have issues with is something that is already painted.

It's the perfect gift for your partner, your friends, your family, or even for yourself. 

Important Information

  • We provide previews/proofs (by default) via email in 1 - 3 business days. Unlike our competitors, we let you make sure that the artwork you're getting is EXACTLY what you want. But please add our email to your contact list to ensure quick preview delivery! Since each artwork is custom-made, we need to actually make it before we can send a preview (and they are not generated automatically).
  • Our team of artists work with you on a 1-on-1 basis. Need some edits made? If so, our artists will ensure to make all the changes necessary that you request from us. You can also double-check once you receive your preview/proof!
  • Out of our warehouse and to your door in DAYS, not months. Unlike our competitors, once you approve your preview, we ship out LIGHTNING fast. Many of the stores that offer similar products as ours sometimes take MONTHS to deliver, but not us. 
  • Unlimited replacements and redos. However once a preview is approved and the item ships, we cannot make any more changes... if the final portrait you receive has ANY defects (or is damaged during transit), we will replace it for you at NO COST. 
  • A customer support team that actually cares. Yes, we've read the reviews of our competitors, and what they lack in the MOST is their customer support. Unlike them, we believe customer support is #1, and that's why your dedicated customer support rep will treat you like the important person that you are... because without you, there would be no us.

All we ask from you is to send us the HIGHEST-QUALITY image possible. Our team will of course reach out to you if the image you send is unusable... but we're magicians and able to work with practically any image you throw at us!

Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
